By working specific points on these maps, there is an effect on the body part it correlates with. This is accomplished by manipulating energetic pathways throughout the body by using light touch on specific reflex points. Common ailments this is used for include digestive issues, sinus congestion relief, plantar fasciitis, stress, anxiety, and more. It's a great option for relaxation too! This is not a massage, but rather light pressure used exclusively on the hands and feet.
